東部戰區新聞發言人就美“菲恩”號導彈驅逐艦、“西爾斯”號海洋測量船過航台灣海峽發表談話

Spokesperson of the PLA Eastern Theater Command Issues Statement on the U.S. Guided-Missile Destroyer USS John Finn and the Oceanographic Survey Vessel USNS Mary Sears Transited the Taiwan Strait

東部戰區新聞發言人徐承華陸軍大校表示，1月16日至17日，美“菲恩”號導彈驅逐艦、“西爾斯”號海洋測量船過航台灣海峽。中國人民解放軍東部戰區組織海空兵力對美艦過航行動全程跟監警戒，有效應對處置。戰區部隊時刻保持高度戒備，堅決捍衛國家主權安全和地區和平穩定。

Senior Colonel Xu Chenghua, spokesperson of the PLA Eastern Theater Command: From January 16th to 17th, the U.S. guided-missile destroyer USS John Finn and the oceanographic survey vessel USNS Mary Sears transited the Taiwan Strait. The PLA Eastern Theater Command deployed naval and air assets to monitor and track the U.S. vessels’ movements, ensuring effective response and management. The PLA Eastern Theater Command remains on high alert to resolutely safeguard national sovereignty and security, as well as regional peace and stability.
