(Correspondent: YANG Chen, May 16th)In this era of limitless creativity, possibilities for artistic expression are unfolding. Artistic exploration can break and restructure the "boundaries" between time and space, physical and virtual, traditional and modern, thus enabling us to "transcend" them. Through diverse artistic approaches, connecting the past and present and blending different cultural elements, this exhibition aims to spark imagination for future creative developments.
Curator Dr. Rochelle Yang states that integrating reflections on nature and humanity into new media creations, as well as exploring creativity and modernity within traditional painting, embody the core spirit of "Au-delà (Beyond)". The exhibition emphasizes experimental approaches involving innovation and mixed media. During the French Art Festival, it seeks to foster a space where French and Asian cultures intersect through art.

From contemporary ink painting to new media creations, "Au-delà" presents a diverse and exploratory new aesthetic. Featured renowned artists include Hong Kong media pioneer Victor Wong with his video sculptures; new media artist Professor Hung Keung with dynamic motion images; French artist Baptiste Tavernier with hybrid 3D printed sculptures; LED artist Teddy Lo with the light-emitting diode's art; American artist Nick Teeple with AI-generated morphing pictures; The experimental ink works by Japanese artist Fuh-mi and Taiwanese artist Yeh Yu Hsuan; and Lithuanian artist Gie Drius with mixed media photography.

Through these innovative and diverse works, the exhibition invites artists and viewers alike to explore themes of memory, identity, and societal change, encouraging a heartfelt dialogue between personal experience and the narratives conveyed by the artworks.
